ESD DISPENSING TIPS

ESD safe dispensing tips eliminate the dangers of high charges that can be generated by standard dispensing parts. These premium grade dispensing tips are offered in straight, angled bend, and smooth flow tapered styles. All ESD tips are premium and due to the ESD graphite additive, all are black colour. Tips are silicone-free materials and industrial grade safe to 100 psi air pressure.

Tips are designed to work with all dispensing equipment - either manually, on a pneumatic dispenser, with metering valves or XYZ robots. High performance tips suitable for dispensing most fluids, pastes, adhesives, lubricants and solvent based liquids. 

Tapered design to improve material flow and reduce restriction and back pressure. This allows for a lower pressure to be used for dispensing liquids and pastes. Components ensure accuracy, repeatability and productivity. Tips are in gauge sizes from 14 to 27 (1.52mm ID to 0.21mm ID). Tips have a UV filter to reduce the affects of light. 

Tips are supplied in sealed boxes of 50 for easy stacking. Boxes and packs are labelled with batch codes for traceability. We ship these parts globally to manufacturers, assemblers who demand the very highest build quality and the best value.
