Pneumatic Retainer Drive System for Two-Component Cartridges

A well balanced and versatile air-powered retainer system for epoxy type two component side by side dual component cartridges. This applicator device is very well constructed and suitable for demanding industrial applications. This is a rod driven system. Air pressure can be set on the adjustable regulator to adjust the rod drive speed. This allows the gun to be set to suit the viscosity of the resin and the flow rate required to suit the application. A button press to automatically reverse the rods for cartridge changeover.

For epoxies, adhesives and other materials that are supplied in 200ml two part, side-by-side 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1 ratio cartridges with the use of a static mixing nozzle. The balanced and durable construction of our dual products make them well suited for many assembly operations in various markets such as aerospace, electronics, construction and automotive. Supplied with quick change disc kit to adapt to the different cartridge ratios. Can be used with timed shot pneumatic dispensers as well as large XYZ robot dispensers or mounted in place as part of an assembly cell setup.
