2000ML‑1215 - Multi‑Operator Liquid & Adhesive Dispensing System (Up to 2 Litres)
The 2000ML‑1215 dispensing system is a fully contained, high‑capacity solution designed for applying thin and medium‑viscosity adhesives and liquids directly from bottles, cans, liners or tubs up to 2 litres. Operators simply drop the container into the pressure pot - no pouring, no fumes, minimal clean‑up. The sealed tank design prevents exposure to strong odours and eliminates contamination risks.
This system is available in single‑user, dual‑user, three‑user or four‑user configurations. A single pressure pot feeds all operators through a precision liquid manifold, allowing each user to work independently with consistent flow. Each operator uses a handheld pinch‑tube valve for clean, controlled deposits with no dripping.
Deposit size is controlled through needle tip size and tank pressure, adjustable via a 0–60 psi regulator. Material is fed under low pressure through flexible tubing, ensuring smooth, repeatable output for adhesives, UV cure materials, primers, inks, solvents and other low‑ to medium‑viscosity fluids.
For cyanoacrylates, the system includes Teflon‑lined tips to prevent clogging. Additional tip assortments are supplied for UV cure adhesives, primers, inks and solvents. A starter stock of tips, caps and fluid lines is included. Only a 50–60 psi filtered air supply is required. Moisture‑filtered air is recommended for reactive adhesives (5‑micron filters available as TSD800‑6).
