2-Component Cartridge Guns

Dual cartridge gun dispensers are designed for the controlled application of epoxy resins, polyurethanes, silicones, doming resins, potting compounds, and more. We offer our customers the most cost effective cartridge gun dispensing systems for handling two-component materials. Our dispenser guns are covered by a one year warranty and supplied with instructions.

We supply an wide range of high quality dispensing systems for low, medium and high volume applications. All products are industrial grade safe. Performance hand dispensing guns are for use with dual dispensing cartridge sizes of 50ml, 75ml, 100ml, 200ml, 300ml, 400ml, 600ml, 1200ml and 1500ml. Available for standard mix ratios of 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1. Suitable for low, medium and high viscosity two-part materials. 

Select either manual hand operated, pneumatic or battery cordless rechargeable. Some dispensers are multi-ratio and include additional disc kits to switch types. Other guns have conversion kits to order as an option allow different ratio cartridges to be used.

Select manual guns for lower volume processes or remote field work, select pneumatic guns for higher volume applications where an airline is available or battery operated for field work or higher production levels.

A selection of static nozzles can be ordered from us as well as accessories and empty dual-component cartridges.
 
All dual component dispenser guns are covered by a 1 Year warranty. They are CE approved and supplied in sealed boxes with user guides.
