TES Series Precision Stainless Steel Dispensing Tips - Industrial Luer Lock Applicators
Precision dispensing tips available with 0.25", 0.50" or 1.0" long stainless steel tubes. The TES Series offers high‑performance dispensing with exceptional flexibility across a wide range of industrial applications. Stainless steel tubing is cut to precise lengths, ground burr‑free and crimped into an aluminium locking insert before being moulded into double‑helix polypropylene hubs. Hub colours correspond to gauge size for quick identification.
TES tips are available in tube lengths of 0.25" (6.35 mm), 0.50" (12.7 mm) and 1.0" (25.4 mm), and supplied in packs of 50, 500 or 1000. Each tip secures to standard syringe barrels and conforms to the luer lock specification. A slightly tapered internal hub design improves fluid flow, reduces restriction and allows lower operating pressures when dispensing liquids, gels and pastes. Crimped tube bonding makes TES tips ideal for use with solvents, as the tube is mechanically locked rather than glued.
