The model 900-120 loads a barrel directly from a 12oz (355cc/ml) cartridge. This barrel loader is connected to an air regulator and set to a pressure suitable for the material but less than 100psi (7 bar). A manual stop cock between the cartridge and the syringe allows fluid flow control and is turned off when the material reaches the desired level. This system does not require connection to a dispenser if run manually. It will run directly from a compressed air supply.

The barrel attachment assembly is threaded to accept all luer lock barrels. This version of loader has a metal body retainer and cap. If used with a foot pedal dispenser, the stop cock is removed and the dispenser controls ON/OFF mode.
