Dispensing Valves
Precision valves dispense
accurate deposits of adhesives, solvents, glues, silicones, sealants,
pastes, gels, inks, paints, UV cure, lubricants and grease. Direct from
syringes, cartridges or
pressure pots.
Valves will cycle from 500 to 600 times per minute for repeatable and
fast bonding, sealing, coating and potting applications.
Valves operate with minimal maintenance, ensuring clean and accurate
dispensing whether used by hand, fixed on a production line or mounted
to an XYZ robot.
A typical system includes a dispensing valve,
pressure pot
or
cartridge
feed with a TS250, TS350

Pinch Valves |
 |
Precision pinch valves for use with cyanoacrylates,
primers, activators, inks, epoxies, UV cure and solvents. Low cost pinch
tubes for zero maintenance and cleanup. Hand held version for controlled
beads or pneumatic timed version for repeat deposits. Simple devices for
applications requiring accurate dosing of low to medium viscosity fluids.

Auger Valves |

deposits of solder pastes, fluxes, epoxies and fluxes. Disposable feed
path assembly eliminates the need for cleanup. Variable speed and auger
size allow for micro dots or precise lines of material. Reverse action
prevents oozing or drips.

Adjustable timer control with large display LCD. Adjustable air
pressure. Timer memory feature. Low level pressure alarms. I/O

connection to valves and tanks. In clear or black for use with all
liquids and UV cure.
