Our
extensive range of dispensing tips are suitable for use on luer lock and
luer slip syringe barrels,
fittings, dosing valves and luer bottles. All tips feature a female luer lock hub for
safe connection at air pressures to 100 psi and are
industrial grade safe and silicone free.
Tips can be used with most fluids, adhesives, pastes or chemicals. Tips
are colour coded by size, ranging from 14 gauge (1.6mm ID) to 32 gauge
(0.10mm ID). Special use tips include Teflon Lined for Cyanoacrylates,
flexible Polypro for potting and Brush for spreading, marking and
coating.
Smooth flowing polyethylene tapered tips in lengths
of 1.25". For pastes, gels, epoxies, silicones and sealants. Design
ensures high viscosity materials flow without restriction. In gauge
sizes 14 to 27. Double helix threads. Safe for use to 100 psi and

General purpose tips for use with most liquids,
adhesives and pastes. Precision burr free shafts of 1/4", 1/2" and 1"
lengths. UV bonded shaft to colour coded double helix locking hub. In
gauge sizes 14 to 32. UV filter hubs. Silicone free and safe to 100 psi.
Budget dispensing tips in 1/2" and 1" lengths and
gauge sizes from 15 to 25. Colour coded luer lock hubs. The stainless
steel shaft is epoxy bonded to the polypro hub. Suitable for use with
most liquids adhesives and gels. Silicone free and industrial grade.
Crimped dispensing tips in 1/2" and 1" lengths and
gauge sizes from 18 to 30. Colour coded luer lock hubs. The stainless
steel shaft is crimped to the polypropylene hub. Suitable for use with
most liquids adhesives and gels. Silicone free and industrial grade.
Precision bend tips in gauge sizes 14 to 30. Lengths
of 0.5" and either
45° or 90°
angle bend. Stainless steel burr free tube to colour coded hub. Suitable
for use with most liquids, adhesives and gels. Safe for use to 100 psi

Flexible polypropylene dispensing tips in
lengths of 0.5" and 1.5". Suitable for most liquids, adhesives and
pastes. Colour coded double helix threads in gauge sizes of 15 to
25. Flexible shaft will not damage sensitive substrates. Silicone
free plastics.
Flexible polypropylene dispensing tips in
lengths of 1.5". Suitable for most liquids, adhesives and
pastes. Colour coded shafts in gauge sizes of 15 to
25. Flexible shaft will not damage sensitive substrates. Silicone
free plastics. Luer lock hubs.
Dispensing tips with precision crimped Teflon tube
inside a stainless steel shaft. In gauge sizes of 21 and 25 and lengths
of 0.5" and 1". These tips are ideal for use with Cyanoacrylate
adhesives and will not clog. Industrial grade safe.
Semi rigid 1/2" long Teflon tips in gauge sizes of
14 to 30. Double helix luer lock hub to soft Teflon tube that is suited
to dispensing Cyanoacrylates, solvents, primers and most other liquids.
Will not damage sensitive substrates. Silicone free and industrial grade.
Aluminium tips in lengths of 1/2", 1" and 2" and
gauge sizes of 14, 15 and 16. Standard luer lock hubs. Aluminium is
suitable for aggressive materials such as solvents and many chemicals.
Safe for use to 100 psi.
Precision machined 1/2" long stainless steel
all metal luer dispensing tips. Supplied in packs of 10. Very accurate tips as used on
XYZ systems for adhesives and pastes. In gauge sizes 12 to 30. These
tips are industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi.
Use these brush tips for grease, gels, solvents,
inks, paints, primers and activators. 1.5" long with double helix
locking threads. In gauge sizes 16, 18 and 22. Available with soft or
stiff nylon bristles. Supplied individually or in packs of 12.
