accurate deposits direct from syringes, cartridges or pressure pots.
Valves will cycle from 500 to 600 times per minute giving repeatable and
fast deposits for bonding, sealing, coating and potting applications.
Valves operate with minimal maintenance, ensuring clean and accurate
dispensing whether used by hand, fixed on a production line or mounted
onto an XYZ robot.

TS500R. Digital timed valve controller to operate all types
including pinch, needle, diaphragm, spool, piston, spray and auger. Timer
memory, LCD display, 900 cycles/ minute, I/O connection, 0.008-60 second timer.
Each controller comes with a foot pedal, power cord, airline hose, connectors
and instruction manual.
TS1215. 500 gram pressure pot (1 lb) size. Top ported with
quick exhaust release. Suitable for most low to medium single part
adhesives and fluids. Dispense direct from 250gm or 500gm bottles of
adhesive. Includes 1/4" OD tubing as well as fluid lines connectors to connect
to all valves.
TS1258. 5 litre pressure pot with 0-100 adjustable regulator.
Top ported with quick exhaust release. Suitable for most low to medium
single part adhesives and fluids. Includes fittings for either fluid lines or
larger bore 1/4" OD or 3/8" OD. All tanks are industrial grade safe and many are available from stock.
Fluid
lines include basic male luer to female luer lock tube in clear or black and
larger bore 1/4" OD or 3/8" OD tube is available in clear and UV block black.
All tubing is safe for use to 100 psi and is silicone free to prevent any
contamination of fluids passing through.
Fittings
are available in luer lock, barbed,
compression and threaded
types. Also manifold fittings for feeding fluids to multiple valves. All
fittings are industrial grade safe and silicone free. Use fittings with fluid
lines for feeding liquids safely from pressure pots,
cartridges and syringe
barrels. And replacement fittings for use with valve inlet and outlets.
Fittings are available in acetal, nylon, polypropylene, nickel plated brass and
stainless steel. Cost effective bulk packs of most fittings are available on
request.
Benchtop
robots are available in 2, 3 and 4 axis versions. From the mini
J2200 series with a 200mm x 200mm work area to the
J2500 series with 510mm x 510mm work area. Use 2 axis
for lines, dots and circles to flat substrates, 3 axis versions where indexing
up/down is required and 4 axis which rotates the dispensing head 360°. All
robots will accept any dispense valve mounted on them and fluid feed from a
pressure pot, cartridge or
syringe. Robots are CE certified and ideal for
speeding up applications of any pattern with the highest levels of control and
accuracy.
