Dispensing Watery Liquids

Fluid applicators are available for applying most low viscosity fluids such as solvents, primers, activators and adhesives.

Syringe dispensers are ideal for small shot dispensing. They feature adjustable low pressure air regulators for fine control over watery liquids. Vacuum suck-back prevents liquids from dripping between shots. Adjustable digital timers with LCD display ensure a high level of accuracy whether you apply dots, lines or filling of liquids and adhesives to your products. All products help eliminate mess, waste and fumes. And dispensers will increase productivity and reduce hand fatigue.

Metering valves allow fluid to be fed under pressure from a larger pressure pot or cartridge system. Select the right valve to suit your material of view our valve selection guide. Some valves are non-timed and more suited to being hand held. Use these for more basic applications where exact repeatability is not essential. Other valves link to a digital timed control system for repeat deposits up to 600 times per minute. Typically, these are mounted on a bench stand or machine mounted as part of an assembly/ production line process.

Use the TS255 for repeat dots or controlled lines of solvents, cyanoacrylates, primers, fluids from syringe barrels.
Or the TS355 dispenser which adds memory time storage and faster output.
The TS1201 pen valve is ideal for non timed deposits of cyanoacrylates, primers, activators, UV cure and solvents.
The TS5623 hand lever valve is designed for low viscosity fluids taking a direct feed from a pressure pot.
Diaphragm valves are ideal for fast deposits of watery liquids such as cyanoacrylates and anaerobics.
Needle valves provide micro dots of UV cure, Threadlocks and other low to medium viscosity fluids.
A low cost TS1212 valve uses replaceable pinch tubes for dispensing any low viscosity liquids including some epoxies.
Use the TS500R controller for all valves or TS350 for all except spray valves and auger valves.
