Dispensers for pastes
Pastes and sealants
can be dispensed using manual hand held guns, timed syringe dispensers,
metering valves or XYZ robots .
Our systems are available in different groups: Dispensers range from the manual operated SyringeGuns which allow for basic hand control of UV curable materials from syringe sizes 5cc, 10cc, 30cc and 55cc. For larger capacity, cartridge guns are available in sizes from 60cc to 960cc and in both manual or pneumatic types. Guns will not provide repeat deposits but do allow for high levels of control. For repeat deposits, digital timed pneumatic dispensers will ensure a higher level of control and faster application of UV cure materials. The TS250 dispenser is a sophisticated system for under £300. All dispensers feature a vacuum suck back to prevent any adhesive from dripping. Other models include low pressure systems for watery liquids and higher specification units for faster output or micro shots of adhesive. Valves are available handheld or for mounting to a machine. Adhesive is fed under pressure from a cartridge or tank through black UV safe fluid lines. Valve systems are useful for higher volume applications or where larger deposits of fluids are required. XYZ robots
provide low cost automation in dispensing UV cure adhesives and other
fluids. Components are placed onto the base plate and the overhead
gantry will rapidly index to position for making exact dots, lines,
arcs, circles and potting. Robots are available in a range of table
sizes for 2, 3 and 4 axis versions.
