Packaged Twin
Cartridges
Two part epoxies, sealants, compounds and resins can be
packaged by volume to a twin cartridge in fixed ratios of
1:1, 2:1, 2.5:1, 4:1, 5:1 and 10:1. Sizes of 50cc to
1500cc are available. Twin cartridges keep both
materials separate with mixing inside an attached static
mixer nozzle. Once the cartridge is empty, it is
easily disposed of. If a cartridge is not empty, the
caps are used for storage.
Twin cartridges are ideal for fixed ratio materials and work
with a wide range of manual and pneumatic dispensing guns.
Because both materials are kept separate, there is no danger
of cross contamination. Filled cartridges are supplied
with data labels including packaged weight by volume, safety
information, date of fill and shelf life.
A
wide range of fluid viscosities can be packaged eliminating
the need for weighing and mixing by hand. Exposure to
raw materials is eliminated and so reducing skin complaints
and harmful fumes. By using a twin cartridge, material
waste is reduced and so these make a cost effective solution
to any two component adhesive application.
