Systems for two part epoxies |
|

|
 |
Two Part materials from cartridges.
When the material is
supplied in a 50ml, 200ml, 400ml type ratio cartridge, manual or pneumatic
guns are available for controlled application.
The epoxy is mixed within the static nozzle to eliminate waste and cleanup.
These guns suit rapid cure materials as well as longer curing epoxies.

Two Part materials from valve.
For longer curing two
part materials that can be mixed and transferred to a syringe
barrel or
cartridge, the pinch tube valve is a low cost
solution. Use only with low to medium viscosity epoxies up to 45,000 CPS.
This valve has an adjustable stroke control for fine tuning flow and shot size.
Replacement pinch tubes are low cost and supplied in packs of 10.
Ideal for bead on bead Acrylic dispensing.

The
TS-500R digital controller will time this valve
for repeat deposits up to 500 times per minute. Repeat dots or
controlled lines. Link to a PLC for external initiation or foot
pedal control. Adjustable timer from 0.008 to 60 seconds.
0-100 psi adjustable air regulator with digital display in Bar or PSI.
Store up to 10 timed memory settings. Low pressure alarm.

Two Part materials from tins/
pails.
For larger
feed systems of most epoxies and 2-part materials, a meter mixing
system is best suited for handling the output and fast cure adhesives.
Machines can dispense wide ranging precise volumes of most two part materials without mess, waste
or contamination. Epoxy is fed to a dispensing head that
can also be remotely positioned on the work bench.
These systems are built to order so please contact us with specific details of
your application and adhesive where we'll assist with a complete recommendation. |

Two Part materials from syringes.
For longer curing two part epoxies
dispensed in small volumes, the mixed material can be transferred to a syringe
and dispensed with controlled dots or lines. We recommend our
non-timed dispenser for lines or potting only and our
digital dispenser for repeat dots.
Dispensers provide a low cost solution for dispensing epoxies but not for rapid
cure materials.
