Our fluid dispensers provide a higher degree of control over manual hand assembly methods often used in assembly processes such as swabs, sticks and low grade squeeze bottles.

We provide a wide range of equipment options for dispensing almost all assembly fluids - from watery liquids, solvents, primers and activators through to thick pastes, sealants, silicones, gels and epoxies.  Our systems include:

  Non timed syringe and cartridge guns for field work and light assembly
  Air powered benchtop dispensers to eliminate guesswork by using controlled pressure and timers to produce accurate and consistent repeat shots
  Hand operated dispense valves for applying fluids direct from pressure pots or cartridge reservoirs
  Dispenser accessories such as stands, finger switches, fittings and adapters
  The most cost effective robot dispensers for total XYZ axis control over all assembly fluids
