Use of a digital timed air
dispenser will substantially reduce adhesive cost by eliminating waste,
mess and inconsistent amounts. Adhesive deposits should be exact
in order to properly bond components during assembly. Too little
adhesive applied can result in failures and weak bonds. Too much will
cause a mess and waste material often resulting in cleanup or rejects.
Operations that rely on
simple hand tools such as toothpicks, swabs, medical syringes, sticks
and squeeze bottles cannot guarantee consistent or controlled volume of
fluid. Whether it is an adhesive, solvent, gel, paste or silicone. Even
the most skilled workers have difficulty applying exact amounts by hand.
The TS dispensers increase
throughput, improve yields, and reduce production costs through
controlled application of adhesives, lubricants and other assembly

Adjustable air regulator
controls flow rate of watery fluids to thick pastes. Digital timer for
repeat deposits. Supplied with power cord, airline hose, foot pedal,
syringe stand, 10cc component pack, tip kit. Suited to repeat deposits,
controlled lines or potting of most adhesives, fluids, silicones,
sealants, RTV, grease, gels, epoxies, UV cure, mastics and potting
compounds. Use the TS355
dispenser for watery fluids and cyanoacrylates.

This dispenser requires a
compressed air supply and is supplied with a 4mm diameter quick
connector fitting and feed tubing. The dispenser time can be set and air
pressure adjusted to suit the fluid. Even the thickest of pastes can be
dispensed at up to 100 psi. Watery liquids require a very low pressure.
The syringe adapter assembly is connected to the dispenser and attached
to the syringe barrel. The syringe is held like a pen. A needle tip is
used for fine control. Barrels and tips come with the system as a
starter kit. Use small bore tips for micro dots or fine beads. Use
larger bore tips for thicker fluids or larger deposit sizes. A shot
counter keeps track of deposits made. A vacuum air suck-back prevents
watery liquids from dripping. This system features a digital memory
storage (10 program), LCD display for air pressure, vacuum and time,
dual air outlets and I/O for linking to a PLC. Teach mode provides quick
setup.
