Dispensers for Cyanoacrylate adhesives

Cyanoacrylate or instant adhesives can be dispensed using syringe dispensers, metering valves or XYZ robots .  Our systems are available in different groups:

  Air powered benchtop dispensers to produce accurate and consistent repeat shots
  Hand operated dispense valves for applying fluids direct from pressure pots or cartridge reservoirs
  Machine mounted dispense valves for applying fluids direct from pressure pots or cartridge reservoirs
  Robot dispensers for total control providing repeat dots, exact lines, arcs, circles and potting

For repeat deposits or lines, digital timed pneumatic dispensers will ensure a higher level of control and faster application of adhesives. The TS250 dispenser is a sophisticated system for under £300. All dispensers feature a vacuum suck back to prevent any adhesive from dripping. Other models include low pressure systems for watery liquids and higher specification units for faster output or micro shots of adhesive.

Valves are available handheld or for mounting to a machine. Adhesive is fed under pressure from a cartridge or tank through flexible and safe fluid lines. Valve systems are useful for higher volume applications or where larger deposits of fluids are required. 

XYZ robots provide low cost automation in dispensing all adhesives and other assembly fluids. Components are placed onto the base plate and the overhead gantry will rapidly index to position for making exact dots, lines, arcs, circles and potting. Robots are available in a range of table sizes for 2, 3 and 4 axis versions.

Teflon or CTLL tips will dispense CA's without instant clogging.
