This accomplished range of anaerobics contains thread-lockers, thread-sealers, retainers and pipe-sealants. All are manufactured for us in strict accordance with ISO 9002 accredited quality system and many have gained MIL-S-46163A, ASTM D-5363 and NSF approvals.

The word "anaerobic" means without air which explains the primary cure mechanism of this group of adhesives. An anaerobic adhesive is a single part adhesive that cures or polymerizes when deprived of oxygen. Anaerobics are designed to lock and seal metal components and fasteners and are available in a range of thicknesses, from thin water to a heavy paste. The use of primers will significantly reduce the fix times shown here.

Cyanoacrylate adhesives are also known as instant adhesives, superglue or CA's. Cyanoacrylate adhesives are fast and easy to use. These adhesives require no mixing or heating and parts being bonded require no clamping. Cyanoacrylates are solvent free and achieve high shear and tensile strengths. Because of the high quality and stability of these grades, these products can be stored for up to 12 months in the correct conditions.

Use our range of manual, semi-automated or automated dispensing systems for applying these adhesives. For best results using a Cyanoacrylate, less applied produces better results. We also have an activator in the range for even faster cure times and a primer for surface preparation, if required.
