ADL Syringe Gun dispensers are designed for the controlled
application of pastes, gels, adhesives and fluids. ADL offers
customers the most cost effective Syringe Gun dispensing kit.
Syringe Guns offer
a low cost dispensing solution for most medium to high viscosity pastes, gels, silicones, greases
and other liquids.
A portable and lightweight
manual dispenser for applying most fluids. A 7:1 ratio leverage for
effortless trigger movement. The rod moves 3mm (1/8") once pressed to
provide repeat deposits without drips or ooze.
Push the button to release plunger
rod. Simple bayonet twist on/ twist off barrel attachment. Ideal for dots or
beads of solder paste, solder flux, RTV, silicones, sealants, gels,
greases and compounds. Each gun is supplied
with 30 each of our 30cc clear syringe barrels, wiper pistons, barrel end caps,
barrel tip caps and 50 of our assorted dispense tips.
Adhesive Dispensing Ltd provide a wide range of equipment options for dispensing almost all
assembly fluids - from watery liquids, solvents, primers and activators
through to thick pastes, sealants, silicones, gels and epoxies.

Maintenance of this
product
The
guns are robust and handle most liquids and pastes
dispensed from them. However, it is important to press the small release
button at the top of the gun before pulling the rod back when changing
syringe barrels. O-rings can become worn or covered in
glue so they are available to order from stock. Select the 10cc size in
EPR or Viton. Please contact us if replacement rods are required.
