TS5623HU Diaphragm Valve Manual Control UHMW Head

Diaphragm Valves are designed to dispense low to medium viscosity materials with accuracy over a wide range of shot and bead sizes. A short opening stroke provides fast, positive shut-off. An external stroke control adjustment makes it easy to fine tune shot sizes. Body available in FDA-compliant Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) for most applications. A Teflon® version for chemical compatibility, and a Delrin® version for UV-curable are also available. A stainless steel version with optimized internal fluid route is especially dedicated to dispense UV-cure adhesives, resins and lacquers used in the manufacture of DVDs and CDs. A hand-held actuated valve is also available. The valves are easy to use and maintain with user replaceable spare parts. This UHMW valve is most suited to cyanoacrylates, solvents, water, inks, primers and activators. The valve design is hand operation with manual control. Fluid is a either by syringe, cartridge or fluid line feed (from pressure pot).
