5 Litre Fluid Pressure Pot with a 0-75 psi
adjustable air regulator
ADL fluid tanks keep
a steady fluid pressure, eliminate fluid contamination and
evaporation, and eliminate fumes. Our tanks are available with 0-60 psi,
0-75 psi and 0-100 psi air regulators. This stainless steel
bodied version is supplied complete with fluid lines and
fittings. Optional low level sensor is also available.
Suitable for use with most low to medium viscosity fluids including
adhesives, solvents and primers. |

The TS2250 Pressure Pot (pressure up to 75 psi) is
designed to accommodate all solvents and adhesives, as well as
cyanoacrylates and UV's. It will also accommodate clear and black
fittings and tubing in 1/4 , 3/8 , and 4 mm, with
stainless steel compression fittings for a
continuous fluid path from the reservoir inside the
pot to the point of use. Airtight seals ensure no
leakage or air entrapment problems. 75 psi operating pressure easily handles fluid with viscosity
up to 35,000
CPS.
Disposable polyethylene dip tube can be quickly changed. The pressure
gauge and pressure regulator are located on top for easy reading and
access. Includes 1/4" and 3/8" fluid line connector kits.
When dispensing adhesives, a container or bottle
or liner should be placed inside the tank chamber. Do not pour
adhesives directly into the pot. Main tank body is
stainless steel and the lid is aluminium.
The optional minimum level
sensor can be requested and it is to manage alarms via a PLC. The outlet
port for this tank is at the centre of the tank lid. 4
