Pinch Tube Valve
Compact metering
valve for repeat dots, controlled lines or potting of most low to medium
viscosity adhesives, epoxies and assembly fluids. Repeat shots up to 500
times per minute. Minimum shot size of 0.007cc/ml. Maximum fluid
viscosity up to 45,000 CPS. Fluid lines
connect with male or female luer lock into the top of the TS1212
from any pressure pot, cartridge system or syringe. Provides control for
continuous or micro shot applications of low to semi-viscous fluids.
The "ON/OFF" control is
achieved by automatically opening and closing (pinching) a moulded
polyethylene tube assembly. Adjusting the opening size of the pinch tube
assembly determines the shot size or flow rate. In addition, the air
actuated valve can be timed to develop desired shot sizes. Finally, a
wide range of needle tips can be used to further refine the amount of
dispensed output. The only part of the valve making contact with the
fluid being dispensed is the disposable pinch tube assembly. Replacement
pinch tubes available in packs of 10.
