Syringe Dispenser.  Adhesive from a syringe barrel (sizes 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc or 55cc).  A wiper piston is inserted into the syringe.  The syringe is attached to an adapter assembly hose which connects to the dispenser.  A luer lock precision tip is fixed to the barrel. 

The digital air pressure is set to ensure a good flow rate for the adhesive.  The timer is adjusted for repeat dots or switched off for controlled lines.  A vacuum is adjusted to prevent any drips.  When pressing the foot pedal, accurate deposits of anaerobic adhesive are made to wherever the tip is positioned.

This system is low cost, simple to setup and requires low maintenance.  Replacement syringe barrels, pistons and tips are available in many sizes and types for micro dots, lines or larger deposits.

Metering Valves.  Dispense adhesive direct from the 250 gram or 500 gram bottles.  We have a range of pressure pots that accept bottles and adhesive is fed down a fluid line to a metering valve.  This valve that is pulsed for dots or lines by a digital timed controller.

The valve can be hand held but is typically stand mounted or fixed in place.  It is also compact enough to be mounted on a robot head.

For most applications, we recommend the using the diaphragm valve.  They require low maintenance and provide very fast and accurate repeat deposits without drips or mess.

The deposit sizes are controlled by a digital dispenser (for foot pedal control) or digital controller when linking to a PLC or other external source.  A pressure pot or tank will feed the adhesive under regulated pressure for correct flow.
 

The TS-500R digital controller will time this valve for repeat deposits up to 600 times per minute.  Repeat dots or controlled lines.  Link to a PLC for external initiation or foot pedal control.  Adjustable timer from 0.008 to 60 seconds.  0-100 psi adjustable air regulator with digital display in Bar or PSI.  Store up to 10 timed memory settings.  Low pressure alarm.

Line Dispensing from Tanks.  For controlled lines of PVA adhesives direct from bottles, our hand lever valves provide a high level of control.  The bottle is placed in the pressure pot or tank and regulated for correct flow.

Adhesive is fed under pressure down a fluid line to a diaphragm valve.  Once the lever is pressed, adhesive flows at a controlled rate.  The lever shuts off to ensure no drip or mess.

This valve system will not produce repeat or exact dots.  It is ideal for non-timed deposits and beads of all low to medium viscosity fluids including cyanoacrylates and solvents.
