The
smallest of the bench robots, the J2202 has a work area of 200mm by
200mm. The 3 axis version will index in X, Y and Z movements to
provide repeat dots, controlled beads, arcs, circles and other
patterns to any surfaces. Each robot is supplied ready to use with a
teaching pendant, digital dispensing system, cables and connectors.
Robots come with a 1 Year warranty and are CE certified with a
remote operation start and stop box and safety interlock.
Robots provide
precise control over adhesive placement, from exact beads, to repeat
timed dots or potting of components. Programming is simple via a teach
pendant. Even complex patterns can be created simply. Storage is to
internal flash memory allowing for up to 255 different programs to be created.
The J2203 series robots
are designed to minimize footprint and maximize efficiencies in assembly
line operations. This design is based on the idea of worker
supplementation to increase the efficiency of workers in order to reduce
labour content. With the JR2000 Series robots, assembly line workers
stay busy loading and unloading fixtures while the robot is performing
precision assembling tasks.
Teaching the J2203 series
desktop robot is easy with the large, 7-line LCD screen. Position of the
robot and expanded views of the point jobs are achieved with the large
teaching pendant and prove to be an asset when programming. J2203 series
software has eliminated the need to learn complicated programming
languages. An Interactive dialog based software allows the user to
easily walk through setup of a program..
High speeds are achieved reducing time spent hand applying adhesives.
Accuracy of placement and volume of fluid ensures zero waste, mess and
error. Robots will dispense most materials including adhesives, pastes,
epoxies, gels, silicones, sealants, RTV's, oils, grease, anaerobics,
cyanoacrylates, inks and lubricants.

The J2203 series robots

All robots are supplied with a digital syringe controller, I/O cable, CE
compliance start/ stop box, teach pendant, airline hoses, syringe

This
prevents contamination of the guide rail, which allows the J2202 series
robots to operate in the harshest environments. The concealed guide rail
housing is a design feature that makes the robot an ideal solution for a
wide variety of fluid dispensing applications.
Interface
The robot provides ample I/O for even the most complicated assembly
operations. The J2202 series desktop robot is supplied standard with 16
inputs and 16 outputs and an optional addition of 8 inputs and 8
outputs. The robot also has two COM ports for communications with the
optional PC software and vision systems. In addition the robot has
built-in PLC functions, that can operate independently of the robot,
that use portions of the robots I/O.
CE Certification
Robots are also provided with CE certification and come with a remote
operation start and stop box and a safety interlock connector.
