Cartridge gun dispensers are designed for the controlled
application of pastes, gels, adhesives and fluids. ADL offers our
customers the most cost effective cartridge gun dispensing systems.
All guns are covered by a one year warranty and supplied with a
starter kit of dispensing components.
A pneumatic metal
cartridge gun with quick attach bayonet retainer and exhaust air release to
reduce pressure build up and reduce drips. Use with 20oz (600cc) cartridges.
Apply controlled beads or potting of most adhesives, fluids, sealants,
RTV, grease, gels, long curing epoxies, mastics and potting compounds.
Includes an adapter fitting for the 20oz retainer to gun handle.
This 20oz gun is shipped with a
10ft airline hose. Undo the
retainer and load in a
20oz (600ml) cartridge. Replace the retainer and
to secure the cartridge. Attach a
threaded nozzle or use a male
luer lock adapter and
any of our standard needle tips.
Mains pressure for flow and adjust regulated supply for control. The gun is
constructed of cast aluminium, metal and other durable materials.

Maintenance of this
product
Guns are robust and handle most liquids and pastes
dispensed from them. The handle uses a low cost rubber gasket seal for
the retainer that can be replaced after very long periods of use. Keep
the trigger assembly clean and grease as required.
