ADL cartridge gun dispensers are designed for the controlled
application of two component materials direct from 50ml dual
component cartridges. This gun will dispense direct from 50ml 1:1,
2:1, 4:1 and 10:1 dual cartridges. Features adjustable regulator and
speed control knob.
For adhesives which are supplied in 50ml two part, side-by-side syringe
cartridges and that push the adhesive through a static mixing nozzle.
The lightweight portability and durable construction of the pneumatic
guns make them well suited for many assembly operations in various
markets such as aerospace, electronics, construction and automotive.
This gun will handle all ratio 50ml cartridges including 1:1, 2:1, 4:1
and 10:1.
The adjustable air
regulator is located at the back of the gun handle. By adjusting the
knob clockwise, the pressure increases. Use higher pressures for
silicones and sealants. use low pressure for thinner RTVs and other
fluids.

Connect
the gun to an air supply. The dual cartridge is pushed into the
pivoting gun retainer and clicked in place. Air pressure is
dispensed onto the dual cartridge chambers pushing down on the wiper
pistons within the cartridge. Material is pushed from the cartridge into
the static mixer nozzle. Our guns are safe and hygienic, reducing
risk of operator contact with the materials being dispensed. They fit
comfortably into the hand for use over long periods of time and minimum
risk of repetitive strain injury.
