ADL Cartridge Gun dispensers are designed for the controlled
application of pastes, gels, adhesives and fluids. This industrial
gun is designed for use with all 310ml caulking tube size
cartridges and features a built-in adjustable air regulator.
A pneumatic industrial
aluminium
cartridge gun with threaded retainer featuring a quick release air exhaust to
reduce drips. Suits (310ml) 1/10 Gallon size caulking tube
cartridges and pre-filled sealants/ silicones. For controlled application of most adhesives, fluids,
sealants, RTV, grease, gels, long cure or single part epoxies, mastics
and potting compounds. Includes built in adjustable air regulator, 1/4" BSP
barb thread air connector. Compatible with all 310ml pre-filled silicone
and sealant caulking tube cartridges (approximately 215mm long by 45mm
diameter).
Connect the air line to a
supply. Undo the threaded front cap and load in a 10oz (310ml)
cartridge. Replace the cap and screw tightly to secure the cartridge.
Attach a threaded nozzle or use a male luer lock adapter with any
standard needle tips. Press trigger for flow and adjust regulator for
control.

Use of this
product
Guns require clean and dry compressed
air to a maximum of 145 PSI (10 Bar) when using pre-filled sealant and
silicone 310ml cartridge tubes. Guns are tested in compliance
with the new
European Machinery Regulations (1.1.95), this gun applicator has
A-weighted sound pressure levels in excess of 70dB (A). The maximum
pressure for our plastic cartridges, nozzles, tips and fittings is 100
PSI. Do not exceed this pressure.
