cartridges with the use of a static mixing nozzle.
The lightweight and durable construction of these dual guns
make them well suited for many assembly operations in various markets
such as aerospace, electronics, construction and automotive. This is a
lightweight hand trigger operated cartridge gun supplied with parts to
handle a variety of cartridge ratio's. The BG Series guns are covered by
a 1 year warranty and feature a wear compensating device.
The
dual
cartridge is pushed into the pivoting gun retainer
and clicked in place. The trigger is pressed pushing
the rod onto the pistons within the cartridge.
Material is pushed from the cartridge into the
static mixer nozzle.
Cartridge options for this gun are 300ml x 300ml,
300 x 150ml and 300ml x 75ml.

Maintenance of this
product
The guns
are very robust and designed to handle most liquids and gels dispensed from
them. Keep the rods clean and free of adhesive. Lubricate trigger
mechanism with a light grease if required.
