ADL precision fluid dispensers offer higher levels of control than hand syringes, squeeze bottles, swabs and spatulas often found with manual assembly processes. Use this system for low to medium viscosity liquids, adhesives, primers, activators and other fluids.

Peristaltic pump dispensers transfer low viscosity liquids by pressure displacement applied by a turning rotor against a PTFE tube carrying the material. Usually these pumps are selected because the liquids might be hazardous or difficult to work with where it is preferable to limit any operator exposure. Another reason is that peristaltic pumps are completely air free.

The ADL-DISP5600 peristaltic pump is a type of positive displacement dispensing machine used for pumping a variety of materials. The fluid is contained within a flexible Teflon tube fitted inside a circular pump casing. The special rotor turns and compresses the flexible tube thus forcing the fluid to be pumped to move through the tube.

The digital timer allows you to dispense accurate and repeated amounts of fluid every time. The pumped fluid contacts only the inside surface of the tubing. There are no other valves, O-rings, seals or packing's to worry about in a peristaltic pump so it is zero maintenance.

No requirement for compressed air. Liquids are drawn direct from any bottles, cans, manufacturers bottles and along the supplied feed tubing without fatigue or error. By not using compressed air, moisture sensitive adhesives such as Cyanoacrylates will perform better and will not prematurely cure or frost in the bottles. This system is supplied with a full starter kit including PTFE tubing roll, needle tip kit selection box, user guide and product manuals.
