50ml pneumatic 1:1 ratio dual cartridge hand
gun
Cartridge gun dispensers are designed for the controlled
application of two component materials direct from 50ml 1:1 ratio
dispensing cartridges. This gun includes an easy to use adjustable
regulator to ensure a consistent flow of adhesive and fast air
release. |

For epoxies, adhesives and other materials that are supplied in 50ml two part, side-by-side 1:1
ratio
cartridges with the use of a static mixing nozzle.
The lightweight and durable construction of our pneumatic guns
make them well suited for many assembly operations in various markets
such as aerospace, electronics, construction and automotive. This gun
features a built-in adjustable air regulator.
Connect
the gun to an air supply. The dual
cartridge is pushed into the pivoting gun retainer
and clicked in place. Air pressure is dispensed
onto the dual cartridge chambers pushing down on the
pistons within the cartridge. Our guns are
safe and hygienic, reducing risk of operator contact
with the materials being dispensed. They fit
comfortably into the hand for use over long periods
of time and minimum risk of repetitive strain
injury.

Each package includes the 50ml hand gun, (1) dispensing reservoir
with dual pistons, (1) storage tip cap, (1) dispensing mix nozzle.
The adjustable air
regulator is located at the back of the gun handle. By turning the
knob clockwise, the pressure increases and this is safe to 75 psi. Use higher pressures for
silicones and sealants. use low pressure for thinner grade RTVs and other
mix fluids. The regulator assembly is available as a spares unit if broken.
