A syringe filling system
from 8oz (230cc) cartridges to any size syringe barrel. Material
is transferred under pressure from cartridge nozzle end to syringe tip
end. This eliminates air entrapment and provides for a simple
filling station. System includes a retainer, cap, base stand, rod,
adjustable 5 micron filter regulator, 8oz cartridge with plunger,
threaded syringe adapter fittings, selection of syringe barrels, wiper
pistons and cap seals. Ideal for use with sealants, silicones,
RTVs, mastics, grease and other liquids. Also available in different
size cartridges for larger batch syringe filling.
Use these systems with a
0-100 psi
dispenser to provide a controlled air pulse for consistent volume filling of syringe barrels each
time.
