Pneumatic 550 Cartridge
Guns
The Model 550 sealant gun
is designed for the pneumatic application of sealant, caulking,
adhesive, and other compounds packaged in 1/10th gallon (310ml), 20oz
(600cc), and 32oz (960cc) cartridges. Parts are available to convert the
gun from one size to another. Air hoses to
operate the gun must be ordered separately.
The gun is constructed of
cast aluminium and other durable materials designed to withstand the
rigors of the production work place. The 1/10 gallon cartridge retainer
is secured to the gun via a spring loaded quick-disconnect using the
bayonet locking feature on the retainer. The 20 and 32 oz. retainers can
be quickly and easily attached to the gun using a threaded bezel. Cartridges allow use of standard
nozzles.
Our
Guns are safe and hygienic, reducing risk of operator contact
with the materials being dispensed. They fit comfortably in the hand for
use over long periods of time which minimises the risk of repetitive
strain injury. Needle tip adapters can also
be used with the cartridges for attachment of all standard needle
tips. The guns are all covered by a 12
month manufacturers warranty.
Prices are in GPB £ and exclude Vat at 17.5%. Vat is charged to all UK
sales. Vat is not charged to customers outside the UK and European
Union. For Vat exempt sales to EU customers based outside the UK, please
tick the required option at checkout and provide your company Vat
number. Shipping methods are selected for speed, traceability and cost
effectiveness and include FedEx, DHL, BusinessPost and Royal Mail. Items
can be shipped using customers own carrier account if required. Please
