400 series dispensing barrels
400 series syringe
barrels are cost effective components available in sizes from 1cc to
60cc. Use with air-powered dispensers
or as a manual hand-held syringe assembly with rubber piston and
push rod. If using with an air-powered dispenser, a
400 series adapter is required and it
is best to select using plastic pistons.
If using manually, select a rubber piston
and a plastic push rod. Manual syringes
are also available supplied pre-assembled in sealed
packs. |

Syringe
barrels are low
cost reservoirs that can be used with air-powered dispensers or as
manual syringes when used with a rubber piston and plastic plunger rod.
Pistons wipe the syringe
insides as liquid is dispensed by a close tolerance fit. This eliminates
air entrapment and fluid shear. Pistons are available in 3 styles for
dispensing by hand or from an air-powered dispenser.
Barrel adapters are
the link between the air-powered dispenser and the syringe barrel. Precision moulded for a safe and secure
barrel attachment.

use with pneumatic dispensers and manual plunger rods. In sizes 1cc to
60cc and available in luer lock or luer slip. Silicone free and
industrial grade safe to 100 psi. Featuring low draft internal bore. Barrels feature
strong flange attachment to most
dispensing equipment.

Standard white PE pistons for air dispensing, rubber pistons for air
dispensing and rubber pistons for manual dispensing using a plunger rod. Pistons ensure liquid and pastes are evenly pushed out of the

Adapter Assemblies |

Adapter assemblies provide a safe and secure air connection from
pneumatic dispenser to syringe barrel. Available in sizes 1cc, 3cc, 6cc,
10cc, 36cc and 60cc. Hose lengths of 3 foot or 6 foot. The adapter head
is a one piece moulded bayonet type with rubber o-ring. The tube end
features a male quick connect to dispenser. Safe to 100 psi.

Rods |

Low cost manual syringe
rods for use with all 400 series syringe barrels.
Rods clip and attach to the rubber L-2 type pistons to provide a clean
and effective wipe inside the syringe barrel. Rods are easy to assemble
and comfortable to hold. In sizes 1cc, 3cc, 6cc, 10cc, 35cc and 60cc.
Rods are supplied in sealed packs.
