High density dual component dispense cartridges for two part
adhesives, epoxies, silicones and other fluids. All sets are
supplied with matching pistons and a tip cap ready for filling and
dispensing. Use with our range of manual and pneumatic cartridges
guns. Industrial grade and silicone free.
The dual system is available in 50ml, 200ml and 400ml sizes. All 3 systems - 50ml, 200ml and
400ml, are available in 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1 mix ratios and take a
variety of mixer nozzles.
Both components are stored in the two chambers of the dual cartridge
system and are then dispensed simultaneously through the static mixer,
where thorough mixing takes place.
This 400ml version is 1:1
volumetric ratio. Manufactured in polypro. The kits come with the
following parts:
Cartridge with capacity of
395ml maximum - quantity of 50 parts.
Piston A - large size - quantity of 50 parts.
Piston B - smaller size - quantity of 50 parts.
Piston plug - quantity of 100 parts.
Nose plug - quantity of 50 parts.
Retaining nut (nom. Dia. 3/16" to 3/8") - quantity of 50 parts.
Removal disc - quantity of 50 parts.
The static
mixer nozzles are available in
different sizes with different volumes and a variety of mixing elements.
One of the main benefits of the system is that not all of the contents
of the cartridge have to be mixed at a time. When use has stopped, the
nozzle is removed and the the cartridge can be easily
closed and stored for further use, without the material curing.
The piston plugs are inserted into
piston A and piston B once the cartridge has been filled. This allows air to
escape through the pistons when inserting.
These products are compatible with either manual or pneumatic dual
cartridge guns.
