Components

Disposable syringe barrel and cartridge components, needle tips, nozzles, fluid lines, pinch tubes and caps.  For use with most adhesive dispensers and guns.  High density industrial grade, safe for use up to 100 psi and silicone-free.  

Syringes in sizes from 3cc/ml to 55cc and cartridge sizes from 60cc to 600cc.  Also available are mixer nozzles, speciality type nozzles, fluid lines and fittings.

Syringe Guns

Hand operated manual syringe guns for medium to high viscosity pastes, gels, sealants, RTV, grease and epoxies. 

Simple to use and ideal for low volume beads of fluids or prototype work.  Robust high density plastics in gun sizes of 5cc/ml, 10cc, 30cc and 55cc.  Quick attachment bayonet fitting allows use of most needle tips.  Return action on rod prevents materials from dripping between deposits.

Cartridge Guns

Heavy duty industrial cartridge guns for sizes 60cc/ml to 600cc.  Manual operated, air-powered or electric.  Guns for standard Techcon® and Semco® cartridges, mixer cartridges and Techkit cartridges.

Guns are ideal for controlled lines or potting of medium to high viscosity pastes, gels, sealants, RTV, grease and epoxies. 

Dispensers

Dispensers available for applying repeat dots, controlled lines or potting with most single and two part materials including pastes, gels, RTV, sealants, PVA, UV cure, cyanoacrylate, epoxy, anaerobic, solvents, chemicals and solders.

Air operated or positive displacement, timed or non-timed.  All dispensers use foot pedal control or finger switch with syringe barrels. 

Valves

High precision metering valves for most single part fluids.  Ideal for bench stand mounting, production line or XYZ robot.  Special valves for spraying, valves for cyanoacrylates, UV adhesives as well as positive displacement motor driven valves.

Also available are compact digital timed valve controllers, pressure pots & stands. 

Hot Melters

Quality hot melt adhesive tank units, heated hoses, guns and nozzles.  All compatible with Nordson® components.  High melt rates and packed with features for 35% less than an equivalent Nordson® melter unit.

Available with hand guns or valves for fixing to production lines, parent machines or XYZ robots.  All products CE approved. 

Robots

Bench top XYZ robot systems in sizes from 200mm x 200mm to 510mm x 510mm.  Easy programming for dots, lines, arcs, circles and potting.  Available in 2, 3 and 4 axis.

Robots are ideal for applying fast deposits of most adhesives and assembly fluids.  Can be supplied with syringe mount, valve head, hot melt system or meter mix. 

Packaging

We can supply your specified adhesive or assembly fluid pre-packaged in syringes, cartridges, Techkits or pre-mixed and frozen.

Save time spent manually filling syringes or hand weighing and mixing epoxies.  Each filled component is supplied with batch code, date of fill, shelf life and safety data.  Air free filled syringes improve dispensing applications.

Meter Mixing

A wide range of metering mixing systems for most two component epoxies and resins.  Bench top systems or larger floor mounted machines.  Exact mixing and dispensing without material mess or waste.

Each system can be adapted to suit your specific application with level sensing, heated hoses, heated tanks & vacuum.

Accessories

Useful additions and accessories for your guns, dispensers, valves and robots.  Bench stands, finger switches, syringe filling systems and air or liquid manifolds.
